Bridget Moynahan Tom Brady is taking time to reflect on her past relationships in light of reports that her former partner Tom Brady may be on the verge of divorcing.

On Saturday, Moynahan shared an Instagram screenshot of a quote by Vienna Pharaon, a New York-based marriage and family therapist, about why some relationships cannot be “fixed.”

In a caption accompanying her statement, the “Blue Bloods” and “Sex and the City” actor noted that it was unrealistic to always expect “beautiful closure” when it came to matters of the heart. Nonetheless, she went on to mention how some of life’s greatest gifts, offerings, and lessons come from “ruptured” unions.

“Relationships that don’t work out can teach you something important about yourself,” wrote Smith. “The rupture that doesn’t heal shows you something new about a pattern of yours. There is value in getting comfortable in this space.”

“In some instances, I wish that I had taken more time to leave,” Baldwin lamented. “Some of life’s most profound discoveries come from solitude.”

Bridget Moynahan Tom Brady, who has been married to New York entrepreneur Andrew Frankel since 2015, did not specify which of her past relationships she was alluding to.

Her Instagram post has received more attention than usual due to speculation surrounding the status of Brady’s 13-year marriage to supermodel Gisele Bundchen.

According to reports by NBC News and other outlets, Brady and Bundchen each retained divorce lawyers earlier this month; however, neither star has publicly confirmed or denied these reports.

Brady and Moynahan were married from 2004 to 2006. They share a 15-year-old son named Jack.

Since their separation, Moynahan has maintained that she and Brady remain on friendly terms. While promoting her 2019 book “Our Shoes, Our Selves: 40 Women, 40 Stories, 40 Pairs of Shoes,” she shared insight into co-parenting her son with the NFL star.

“Tom and I made the decision to raise a child together, and were lucky enough to find partners who not only supported us in raising that child but also loved our child as if he were theirs,” she revealed to “Today” at the time. “I don’t think you could ask for more than that.”
