He presented in the South Gauteng High Court in Johannesburg following Monday as counsel for the State Capture Commission, chaired by Raymond Zondo, a Deputy Chief Justice.

From September 2020 to July 2021, he was also accused of committing several offenses. He was called before the state capture commission and served as counsel despite facing many counts.

“After becoming a pedophile, he was provided with the protection by prominent persons,” a close lawyer to him said.

There have been several successes, including claims that he was discovered dead at his resident-only residence and that one of his immediate family friends was also present.

However, it is still unclear whether he hanged himself or took too many drugs. Therefore, the real cause of his death has yet to be revealed.

According to the sources, “many were well aware of his shenanigans but were terrified of being out and taking him to task as he was the most powerful personality in the legal fraternity.”

This is why, even after he was accused of the worst atrocities imaginable, the media remained tight-lipped about his name. Because he was a black man, his name is frequently mentioned in the media.

Raymond Mathenjwa and Ron Mncwabe were appointed as directors of public prosecutions (DPP) for the Northern Cape and Mpumalanga.

Still, their appointments were overturned once Ramaphosa took power in February 2018.

“I wasn’t at all satisfied that some of the individuals purportedly appointed by the former president (Zuma), on the recommendation of (former National Director of Public Prosecutions (NDPP) promoter (Shaun) Abrahams, would necessarily satisfactorily confirm the claims of a positively practical NDPP or be in the best attractions of the restructuring and resurrection of the NDPP, as a critical organ in the justice system,” Ramaphosa said in a statement.

His family has yet to make any claims or statements, and the preliminary inquiry into his death is still underway.
